welcome to the house of beck blog! i’m lara, wife to andrew and momma to my sweet babes: everett, eleanor, + ruby.

drew and i met in college and, while we were both from neighboring rival towns, we had never met before. one bonfire and countless dates later, we got married and started our little family. we love that small town life and so we decided to stay local and raise our babies where we grew up, hoping to instill the love for simpler things in them.

i adore being a mother. i try to live every day with a purpose and show my kiddos the good life has to offer. i also love to create which is why i started my etsy shop dearElea. it’s a little random with hand-made bows and prints that i design and make.

while i work full-time, i decided to start this blog as a way to share little snippets of motherhood and life with you.  i welcome you here, where i hope you find some laughs, some inspiration, and a friend.
